How do fixed airport fares work?
Our fixed fares are pre-set prices for journeys between Mid Sussex towns and major airports. The price is locked when you book — there are no meters, no surge pricing, and no extra charges for traffic or delays.
What if my flight is delayed?
For airport pickups, we monitor flight arrivals. If your flight is delayed, your driver will be rescheduled automatically. There's no extra charge for flight delays. However, if additional delays occur after your flight has arrived, the driver may request an extra charge to cover additional parking charges and waiting time.
Can I book a return transfer?
Yes! When booking, select "Return Journey" or "Schedule Return for Later". Both legs are fixed price.
What vehicles are available?
We offer 4-seater saloons, 6-seater MPVs, and 8-seater minibuses. All prices are shown per vehicle, not per person. Wheelchair accessible vehicles available on request.
